In Class: Research Paper Final Draft. The Final Draft will be due at the end Class. If you were absent this week you will have extended time. You must still Share your Final Draft with me at the end of class. The Chrome Books will only be available after school this next week.
Every student may continue to edit their Final Draft at home, but the final, Final Draft must be shared with me by 11pm Saturday, Jan. 31.
This paper is about how well you write; if you are a few words short it will not affect your grade. If you only have 20 words out of 1300, it will affect your grade a great deal. I am grading on the information you write and how well you write.
Citations: will be parenthetical. At the end of any paragraph that you have used research information, you must cite. I only need the main website or book or article name here, contained within parentheses. EXAMPLE: (www.encyclopediabritanica.org) If you used two or more sources in a paragraph, then you will have two, or more citations at the end of that paragraph.
Works Cited: this will be the last page of your Final Draft. It must be started on a new page at the end of your writing. Title this page, "Works Cited" and then by using EasyBib, or cutting and pasting the entire website address (URL) or book or article information complete your Works Cited page. This last page and your citations within the Final Draft will not count towards your word count. If you have numbered your Works Cited page citations, you may simply put the number of the work used in the parentheses.
